There is operating time of access tokens obtained through web services for user safety, When this period expires the authorization must be given again

This error is produced if the password of related social network account is changed. You need to delete the account on fixerkit panel and authorise the account again

Image size may be small, or this image is used on another website

The name of the page may be changed or may be blocked for name change. In such cases, previous name of the page/group will be seen

This may be caused by spam, social media API limit, or limitation of our access key by social media website. It may take up to 24 hours to solve this problem

Our system controls ranking of all projects after making ranking update of our system’s search engines, it might show out of list when you control in this period

No, all ranking histories are kept. Our programmers have been developing the site for use and analysis of these data within the Project

Although I set a future date for rss, content entry date is shared. Why?
Since future date posts are not suitable for date format, your content is shared according to share date
What is the permanent solution for rss future date?
When you share your rss with <sendDate>Y-m-d H:i:s</sendDate> the problem will be solved. Exmaple : <sendDate>2017-01-18 16:05:10</sendDate>
Why some of the contents I shared with rss are not published?
We share the latest 100 contents in rss/xml area. But, if you added more than 100 contents within tracking time, content after 100 will not be published
Why cannot I share image with rss share?
This problem is caused by mismatch between meta tags of the post link and social network specific tags. You need to assign specific tags for rss : <image>URL</image> , xml için <image:image><image:loc>URL</image:loc></image:image> ekleyin
